Human full length IKK?, containing an N-terminal GST tag and a C-terminal His tag, expressed in Sf9. Purified by GSH-agarose chromatography. The IKK? Positive control is designed for use with the IKK ?/? assay/Inhibitor Screening Kit [Cat# CY-1178]. The IKK? Positive Control should be added to the well at 10 milliunits/well. For instance, diluted positive control 1:5, use 10 ?L for 1 assay.
