Human zonulin ELISA kit

The ELISA kit CSB-EQ027649HU is applied to quantitatively detect the content of the zonulin in samples of serum, plasma, or tissue homogenates. Zonulin reduces the expression of intestinal TJ proteins, induces T-cell-mediated mucosal inflammation, and controls the transmigration of immune cells from the gut into the joints.
