Mouse anti Human CD33, conjugated with PE can be used for the identification of human Monocytes (bright) and Granulocytes (dim) expressing the 67kDa M.W. surface antigen. CD33 is also found on CFU-mix, CFU-GM, CFU-Meg, a portion of BFU-E, myeloblasts, promyelocytes, myelocytes, metamyelocytes but not early precursors
