TrueMAB™ Antibodies are mouse monoclonal antibodies, developed and branded by OriGene. TrueMAB™ are antibodies against authentic antigens. They were all generated by using human cell produced full length human proteins as immunogens. In comparison to peptide-derived antibodies, TrueMAB™ antibodies provide higher sensitivity and specificity for the recognition of native epitopes appeared on the protein conformational structures. All the proteins were produced and purified from HEK293T cells. Therefore TrueMAB™ antibodies are ideal antibodies to recognize native protein and multiple clones against the same target.
