Polypeptide reacting: Mr 45 000 polypeptide (keratin K18; formerly also designated cytokeratin 18) of all simple type and complex epithelia.
Tumors specifically detected: All adeno-CA tested; undifferentiated CA; cervix CA; hepatocellular CA.
Reactivity on cultured cell lines: MCF-7, HeLa. A-431, PLC, RT 112.
