Immunoaffinity chromotography results in the specific enrichment of LTB4 from plasma and tissue samples due to the specificity of Cayman’s LTB4 antibody. The eluate can then be directly used for mass spectrometry (MS) and ELISA analysis providing less background and fewer contaminating analytes. Each vial contains 5 ml of LTB4 sorbent (mouse anti-LTB4 monoclonal antibody covalently bound to Sepharose 4B).
