It increases phosphorylation of the insulin receptor in IM-9 cells when used at a concentration of 100 ?g/ml.{48676} In vivo, 1,2-dimyristoyl-rac-glycerol (0.5 mg/kg) reduces tumor weight in an LY5178Y mouse xenograft model.{48677}
