It binds to PKC regulatory domains of mouse skin PKC? and rat brain PKCy with Ki values of 3.4 nM and 1 ?M, respectively.{23150,23151} At 1 ?M, (-)-indolactam V induces differentiation of human embryonic stem cells into pancreatic progenitors through activation of PKC signaling.{23152}
