Tubulin is found in the microtubules which represent the main structural components of centriols, the mitotic spindle, cilia and flagella. Mab 655 specifically stains tubulin in immunohistochemistry (staining of microtubules abundantly present in muscle and non-muscle cells) and reacts in ELISA and WB. The antibody cross reacts with human tissue.Positive control: Cultured fibroblasts (chicken)
