SP Rabbit Monoclonal Antibodies

Spring has an interesting and expanding menu of rabbit monoclonal antibodies that are especially designed and characterized for use in immunohistochemistry (IHC). Spring was one of the first companies to introduce these products to the IHC market, and over the years Spring's SP clones have developed a gold-standard reputation in the IHC laboratory.

Spring is a biotechnology company with an extraordinary focus on tissue pathology and IHC. Spring's team of world-class researchers and scientists continually develop a carefully selected portfolio of antibodies that provides the histology community with strategic and effective antibody biomarkers for assessing protein expression in tissue.
Each Rabbit Monoclonal antibody is optimized for use with IHC and is put through a rigorous development and characterization process. The result is a sophisticated portfolio that easily pinpoints expression patterns of antibody targets across multiple tissue types.

SP = Spring Bioscience Corporation while you may not be familiar with Spring Bioscience Corporation, you are probably quite familiar with rabbit monoclonal “SP” clones. All SP antibody clone products were designed and manufactured by Spring Bioscience. It all started with SP1, the now gold standard Estrogen Receptor marker. SP clones continue to emerge as best-in-class immunohistochemistry markers for their high affinity, sensitivity, and specificity.
