Room Temperature Stable Master Mix for PCR
The Hot Master Mix from qARTA BIO is a pre-optimised ready-to-use solution designed to maximise experiment reproducibility. The Master Mix contains all reagents required for Hot Start PCR: qARTA Hot DNA polymerase, ultrapure qARTA dNTPs and MgCl2. The user simply needs to add water, template and primers.
